There is no deposit required for a student mailbox. Once assigned a mailbox, students will keep it until they graduate or leave.
Please do not ask student workers to check your mailbox. The Mailroom staff is NOT authorized to do this. You should have your key with you so that you can check your own mailbox. If you lose your key, you may apply for a new one. If you have trouble with your combination, please ask for assistance. There is a $15.54 charge for lost/replacement keys or keys that are not turned in prior to departure from the University.
Deadline for key return is 10 days prior to the last day of classes.
