Effective Access to Student Education Grant (EASE)

The William L. Boyd, IV, Effective Access to Student Education Program provides tuition assistance to Florida undergraduate students to attend a private university in the state of Florida and who can demonstrate that he or she and his or her parents/guardians have been residents of the state of Florida for at least 12 months prior to the start of the academic year. Supporting proof of residency for one parent is required for dependent students, and supporting proof of residency is required for independent students.

The EASE grant requires full-time enrollment, 12 or more credits per semester.

The grant will be awarded automatically to students with a Florida address. Completion of the Florida Resident Financial Aid application and the submission of supporting documents is done electronically via the financial aid Net Partner Portal.
