Via Caritatis

We strive to be a community of young women dedicated to remaining at the feet of Jesus in all that we do, adoring His most precious Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity in union with Mary at the foot of the cross. In addition to Mary, the Mother of God, we are inspired by many other women in the Gospel who drew their strength from remaining at the feet of Christ, from Mary, the sister of Martha, who chose the "good portion", to the sinful woman who washed the feet of Jesus with her tears. Filled with gratitude for Christ's love for us, we look to put our love for Him into action with a spirit of joy, taking for our especial patrons St. Joseph, St. Teresa of Avila, and Blessed Mother Teresa. Inspired by their example, we aim to cultivate a great love for all life (born and unborn) seeing in everyone the face of Jesus, and also a spirit of detachment from unnecessary anxieties, and a spirit of humility before God, Who is our peace. We trust that He will guide us not only in our current vocation as students, but also in all that we undertake in our lives, if we only let Him show us His love from the cross.
