Overdue fines are 20 cents per day (books, CDs, DVDs, etc.) Fines for overdue Interlibrary Loans are $1 per day.
Any student who owes more than $1.00 in fines may not borrow items or use reserve books until the fine is paid.
Fines for overdue Founder/community materials are 20 cents per day per item. Community Borrowers are those who have a valid Collier County library card. Founders are those who have contributed more than $120 to Ave Maria University. Both Founders and Community Borrowers may register for a library account at the main desk of the Ave Maria University Library.
Community members may not check out any new items until their late fines are fully resolved.
Lost items cost is the replacement list price plus $10.00 processing fee
