  • refrigerator larger than 3.6 cubic feet
  • air conditioner
  • household extension cords (16 or 18 AWG), multi-plug adapters or splitters

  • waterbed
  • fish tank larger than 15 gallons
  • pets (except fish)
  • illegal substances

  • nails, tape or anything that damages walls
  • no open flame devices are allowed in residential facilities
