Welcome to the Office of the Bursar's Website
The Bursar's Office is responsible for managing and enforcing the University’s financial policies. In addition to collecting and posting payments on students' accounts, this office oversees the Ave Maria University Tuition Payment Plan, Financial Aid refunds, Institutional Loan accounts, and the collection of past due accounts. The issuing of IRS 1098T and 1098E forms are also the responsibility of this office. The Bursar's Office also processes refunds from over-payments, university withdrawals and status changes, and is available for answering questions about your student account. The Bursar directs the office and, together with the Cashier works with students to set up Tuition Payment Plans, resolve billing disputes, and assist with any student account issues, including the initiation of student refunds. Students may also make payment to this office for funds to be put on their One Card for use on campus copy machines.

Installment Payment Plan
Ave Maria realizes that educational expenses, like all other expenses, are easier to budget when they can be spread over monthly payments. Therefore, we make available to you the option of a five-month payment plan for either the fall or spring term, as well as a two-month payment plan for the summer term. There is a simple and affordable setup fee of $25 per term. Click here for more information.
Any parent, guardian or student is eligible for this plan. The Tuition Payment Plan allows you to meet all or part of Ave Maria’s academic expenses on a monthly schedule instead of one lump sum each term.

Online Billing and Payment Options—Self Service
You will receive an email with a link to view your student bills electronically using Self Service. Emails will be sent to your official MY.AVEMARIA.EDU address; you may also provide another e-mail address that you wish to receive communications.
